Four Night Songs

I keep listening
to the same
frog on the same
night telling me
to start listening.

#

Someone
has cut
pieces out of the
sky to make a
tent. And now
it keeps on
raining
all the time.

#

You can't be three
places at twice
once
you move outside
your own head.

#

Bullfrogs
on the south side of the cove
exchange complex
mathematical constructs
with bullfrogs on the north
side. The bridge
they are building
blots out the moon.
