IMPORTANT DETAILS TO KNOW

· Check in: Saturday 3pm

· Check out: Saturday 10am

· This house is for family groups and is non-smoking.

· Sat-Sat rental, come in at 3pm but must be out the following Saturday by 10am for the cleaning crew.

· Deposit (1/2 rental rate) is due upon confirmation.

· No fees added to rental rate except a $50 Pet Fee per pet if applicable.

· Linens provided (sheets and bath towels).

· Minimal cleaning required. (Trash out and refrigerator emptied).
