Hm, this is certainly interesting - apparently in Russia music is a lot cheaper, since they know Russians wont pay as much for a song as most US citizens, so their equivalent of the RIAA allows sites to sell music *cheap* (like, 3 cents a song, 20 dollars for 2 gigabytes of traffic). It is perfectly legal in Russia, but no one can really figure out if it is legal to use the service from America. Some of them let you choose the quality of the song, as well.
