Well, I just spent time with my dad. We went to Providence Place mall, and just sort of wandered around. We went to Dave+Busters, the incredibly overpriced arcade, and played pool. Then we played in the arcade - the only decent game there was Time Crisis 3, though. They had pac-man, but I didn't really feel like paying $1 a game, even of my dads money...

After that my dad got food. Then we wandered around. I saw a store which I remembered reading had a DDR machine, so we went in the back, and they did. My dad decided to play it with me - I didn't let him pick beginer, because it would limit the choice of songs too much, so he played light. He did relatively decent, considering the fact that he had never played before, and didn't know how to play. On the last game he even lasted for about 30 seconds before failing.

I felt really humbled, though, because as I was walking in, someone was playing on heavy. A very difficult song, on heavy. They were holding themselves up by the bar behind them, and their feet were moving really fast, and stuff.

The people who played after me+my dads first game really sucked, though, which made me feel a little better. Hell, even on my very first game I did better, and I had no idea what the game was, whereas they had watched several people play it before trying it.

After the arcade/ddr, we went to see Van Helsing. It was decent, though I have definitly seen better movies.

Going to see The Day After Tomorrow in about 40-50 minutes. It is a drive-in, and I think we are seeing Shrek 2 as well. That will make it for 3 "theater" movies I have watched in a day. Go me. Ugh. I probably won't get home till 1 or 2, and I have school tuesday. Not to mention a ton of projects due...
