I've decided to start posting to this thing again.
No, seriously!
I'm even going to put up a link to this thing from my profile again - although I sort of debated switching to using something like Livejournal, simply because it is easier to comment. But blogger is cool, so...
I'm probably going to wait to put up a link from my profile until I have a few things in here, though - would be boring to put up a link when nothing has changed in many months.
The main problem is that the primary purpose most people use blogs for is to rant about crap when they are in a bad mood. Which is problematic for me, since I'm rarely in a worse mood at one moment than I am at any other given moment - not that I'm in a perpetual bad mood, but I tend to rarely be in a mood at all. And while I'm rather introspective, which is a + when it comes to blogging, I never actually remember what I think, or, if I do, I never actually type it out where others can read it - which completely negates the positive aspect of my introspectiveness. Hopefully I can keep this thing going anyways, though - recently I keep thinking of random things I would post to this, if it were actually active. Hopefully I will remember them again at some point, since while typing this thing I forgot them again.
Oh, before I forget - http://rudepundit.blogspot.com/#greenlight . Read it. :p. Well, you might not want to read it if you are fundamentalist, or republican. Actually, I will just say "stupid" - that covers both of those catagories pretty thoroughly anyways, though I have met the odd not-quite-stupid republican. But they are rare.
Maybe I should plan out how I am going to post for the next few days, so I have a topic... but given the large amounts I tend to type once I get started, especially on a subject like religion, I would probably need to dedicate a week (or several thousand words) to the subject to feel I covered it in a thorough fashion... so I guess not.
I'm going to run this through a spellchecker, and see how many grammatical errors or spelling errors I have (that way I can gloat if all my wording is perfect, since I'm typing this at roughly 50-75 words a minute, without really stopping to think). Although, then again, I'm not sure I should be proud of the fact that I spend enough time on the computer that I can type like that, or read enough books to actually have some sort of grasp on sentence structure.
