        God has given us a gift of His feasts.  They are a pleasure, and for our good.  They have marked two great events in His plan, Passover, when Christ's sacrifice covered our sins, and Pentecost when the Holy Spirit was made available for us.

        Future holy days will picture more exciting events that are important to our eternal lives.  

Webster says the word "FEAST" means: 1) Religious festival.  2) An elaborate meal.  3) To delight/to feast ones eye on a sight.  

1)GOD'S FEASTS 2)THE ELABORATE MEAL IS  SPIRITUAL. 3)A delight! For our good!
Feast of Passover  
Luke 2:41
& Exodus 34:25
Receiving the sacrifice of Jesus Christ,  Joy at receiving everlasting life.
Feast of Unleavened Bread Leviticus 23:6 All leavening is eliminated, it represents eliminating sin, the plague of life. Receiving our greatest freedom!  Freedom from sin, true peace!
Feast of Weeks/Pentecost Deuteronomy 16:10 Receive the food of the Holy Spirit.  Guidance of God Father, and Jesus Christ.
Feast of Trumpets  
Leviticus 23:24
A calling to join Jesus at His return to earth.  Elect will be able to help Jesus right the world!
Day of Atonement  
Leviticus 23:27-32
Satan put away, can feast on the righteousness of God.  We are free of Satan, must only fight our human spirit. 
Feast of Tabernacles Leviticus 23:34-36 Enjoy the fruits of our labors.  World able to also enjoy the fruits of the Holy Spirit, and peace.

The dead who did not know God will be able to feast on the abundant knowledge of Him.  ALL will have had a chance for everlasting life in the kingdom of God.

Old Testament
#2282 feast = chag (khag); or chag (khawg); from 2287; a festival, or a victim therefore:  KJV-- (solemn) feast (day), sacrifice, solemnity.                                                                                                                     
New Testament
#1859 feast = heorte (heh-or-tay<'); of uncertain affinity; a festival: KJV-- feast, holyday.
