Life after Life

Is death the end of life forever?

If you’ll look at Isaiah 26:19

you will read

Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise.

Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs,

and the earth shall cast out the dead.

So here we see that he dead bodies will rise.

They who dwell in the dust will wake up and shout for joy."

Jesus promises those who die

I will ransom them from the power of the grave;

I will redeem them from death: O death,

I will be thy plagues; O grave,

I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from mine eyes.

- Hosea 13:14

~~THERE IS HOPE FOR THE WICKED~~

The Bible tells us that the time to choose God is while we are still alive.

Look in 2 Corinthians 6:1, 2, 1

We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.
2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured (Helped) thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

Who are the wicked?

Anyone who doesn’t give their sins to Jesus is called “wicked” in the Bible.

You’ll find it in Revelation 21:8 says -

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Reflection: How is anybody saved from the death of the wicked?

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but  have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. - John 3:16-18
