Our
Spiritual House
Houses
are made to dwell in. God resides in the Christian house.
The
Master desires a clean, spotless place of dwelling. We must build up our
spiritual house.
Open
up the windows of your soul each day for the cool breeze of His love to
flow in.
The
air of His love is very refreshing to our soul. Open up the windows of
your soul daily
Under
the floor or foundation of our soul, there sometimes lie things that
will rot and decay. Take special
Notice
of these areas. Are your floors showing signs of wear and tear? We must
have a special place for the Master desires to dwell in.
Sweep
out the corner of your soul, to make sure any thingis there that
will defile or destroy.
Even
though our house is clean, we must continue to guard against any unclean
thing that would defile. The Master will not dwell in a soiled palace.
Everyday
one must be careful that there aren't any dirty corners. We must build
up our Spiritual
house. Let it be a clean, chosen place, paying close attention to the
chief cornerstone. Does your house pass inspection? You do not want
it to be rejected.
Lord,
I dedicate my house to you. Make it clean, through your precious Blood. Let not
anything defile the rooms of my heart. I now present it to You
Lord, and pray that you may find my heart a sacred, place of rest.
