Timothy, the chef and co-owner, is certified Professionally, and has been cooking for over 25 years in all sorts of venues, from award winning restaurants to catering for the stars. Timothy is well versed in the bountiful flavors of good food. His speciality is fine dining, and he takes great pride in preparing your food with lots of attention to details. We would be happy to help you create a menu that suits your tastes, and we are open to your ideas for what you want, in order to make your day as perfect as it can be! We are pleased to cater your party with a minimum of 10, to a maximum of 200 guests.
We believe in supporting our local organic sustainable farms, because we want to do all we can to support the health of our planet for future generations. We also choose to use USDA "Choice" hormone free meats, free-range poultry, and locally caught fish as much as possible.

As caterers, our biggest reward is creating a menu especially for your event, not trying to fit you into a preconceived "package". So feel free to review your choices, and if you aren't satisfied with the selections, challenge us with an entirely new request.
