She married Anderson Monroe Adcock July 2, 1927 in Neshoba Co, MS. Anderson was born August 17, 1892 in Leake Co, MS. Anderson was the son of Simeon Monroe Adcock and Mattie Lou Todd. Anderson died March 5, 1993 in Neshoba Co, MS. Anderson was a retired farmer. He died of heart failer at Neshoba County General Hospital. He was a Leake County native and lifelong Neshoba County resident. He was a member of the First Church of God, Philadelphia, Neshoba Co, MS.

His body was interred at Mars Hill Cemetery in Winston Co, MS.
