She married Leon Deweese. Leon was born November 25, 1908. Leon died December 27, 1973. His body was interred at Mars Hill Cemetery in Neshoba Co, MS.

Odazell Barrett and Leon Deweese had the following children:

2159 i. Jimmy Dale¹¹ Deweese (still alive).

2160 ii. Tommy Deweese (still alive).

2161 iii. Jerry Wayne Deweese was born March 6, 1941. Jerry died October 16, 1997.
