203. Asa⁸ Davis (Martha Jane⁷ Breazeale, Henry Willis⁶, Benjamin Franklin⁵ Breazell, Willis⁴ Brazeal, Henry³, Henry² Brazeel, Henry¹) was born in Henderson Co, TN March 14, 1857. Asa died November 11, 1937 in Darden, Henderson Co, TN. His body was interred at Corinth Cemetery in Henderson Co, TN.

He married twice. He married Cordelia Reeves. He married Myrtle Gray Armstrong March 7, 1909. Myrtle died August 15, 1974.

Asa Davis and Cordelia Reeves had the following child:

340 i. Fred Columbus⁹ Davis. Fred died November 16, 1960.
