He married Jessie Mae Adcock. Jessie was born March 14, 1910. Jessie was the daughter of Elzie Adcock and Ardella Howard. Jessie died April 16, 1985. Her body was interred at Mars Hill Cemetery in Neshoba Co, MS.

Samuel Erwin Adcock and Jessie Mae Adcock had the following children:

+ 1968 ii. Floyce Dean Adcock (still alive).

+ 1969 iii. Marion E. Adcock (still alive).
