I just want to thank you so very much for all the work you did in selling my property at 25031 Quebrada in Moreno Valley.
As you know, I have been a realtor in the San Fernando Valley for 25 years. I originally decided that I would sell the house myself, put it in the Multiple Listing,, etc. etc. Thank goodness, I was smart enough to know, I couldn’t do the job it would take from so far away. A little of a year ago, my husband and I decided to move from a townhome to a single family home. Although, we had purchased the townhome some years ago, we were not experts at home buying. However, we came across a program that fortunately put us in touch with Alma.
My husband and I had some ideas of what areas we would consider, however, didn't truly understand the real estate market, plus my husband and I have very high standards and we like nice things, we weren't the easiest clients to please. However, Alma was very professional, patient, and accommodating with us through the home buying process, she showed us numerous properties that were in-line with our taste.

I was very fortunate to find Alma on the internet and to connect with her for my real estate adventure in California. I moved to California one year ago (March 2005) from New Jersey. I live my entire life on the East coast and a job change brought me to southern California. I had searched the Internet for realtors that did Orange County real estate not realizing Alma was so far away in Riverside, what did I know?). I had emailed several and told them my wishes and price range. Thankfully none laughed or asked what planet I had just gotten off of since prices in NJ are rather high too. Anyway, she was the only realtor that answered my questions truthfully and began her search within my price range, for exactly what I was looking, and within the commute distance I had hoped for (25-30 miles from Cypress). All the others wanted to show me homes and condos (I only wanted condos) that were WAY out of my price range. Who were they kidding. I guess they didn't want or need the business, or they were just plain ignorant of what this customer wanted.
Anyway, When I was finally able to come to California to look for my new home, Alma was extremely accommodating. You see, I had to change my plans due to a severe viral respiratory illness that laid me up for several weeks. Alma gladly changed her schedule for me. She had everything planned out, had even emailed me listings to see first. We had three days to look and she took me to three different areas and showed me at least 2-3 dozen homes in that short time. Not to mention, she had to put up with a person still recovering. Many times, I would cough so hard due to congestion, I would almost choke and she had to pull over to let me get out and (well you know what). What a trooper!
When we finally settled on a home, we put my bid in only to have it rejected. Only problem is now I was back in NJ. So what to do? Well, we went to my second choice (and I'm glad I did-I love my new home-condo in Diamond Bar) and she had to do all the "leg" work herself. She was and is great. We have remained in touch and we have gotten together several times. She has a lovely family and 7 great dogs. Beats my now two cats.
I would recommend you give her a try. She is one great Real Estate agent. She knows her stuff, works hard for you, listens to you, and steers you in the right direction. She won't let you down.

I’ve always heard selling a home is a complex and stressful process which cannot be avoided. Our experience with Alma Dizon was quite the opposite. But I’m getting ahead of myself.
When we initially decided to sell our home, we opted to use one of those “Do it Yourself” Services. For weeks on end we held open houses, and had lots of traffic, but no results. The “agent” for this firm was nice enough, but knew next to nothing about marketing and selling a home. After nearly three months of frustration, we contacted Alma.
I was immediately impressed by Alma’s energy and expertise. We found she has an exceptional amount of knowledge, and was willing to share it with us. She quickly detailed a strategy to us, and virtually overnight put everything in motion. Within days, she had a professional flyer created, produced a tour of our home on the internet, and coordinated caravans to stimulate interest with other agents in the area.
With Thanksgiving and Christmas around the corner, we were concerned about buyer response, however after several open houses; we received a pleasing offer which resulted in the sale of our home. Alma not only helped us navigate the myriad of documents, but negotiated on our behalf with the buyer, protecting our interests, which resulted in a final sales price greater than our listed price.
In closing, let me say that I could not provide a higher recommendation than I do for Alma Dizon... If you want to work with a professional whose knowledge and enthusiasm are exceptional.
