Go back to alvin and hand him the card he gave you from quest 1(Alvins Card I) He'll place these two items in your inventory.

TK III Decoder Transmission Bug

Now... go find the mobs listed below IN THE ORDER THAT THEY ARE LISTED. When you find them.. Target them for ten seconds or so. This should give you a "mission completed" message and change your mission icon to a "use item on object" type. Then pick up the Transmission Bug from your inventory and right click the mob while holding the Transmission Bug. You'll get the "completed" music if you're successful and your mission icon will change back to the "Target Person" type.

Apparently the mobs can't be under attack while doing the targetting or bugging processes

Remeber to visit them in this order:

When you've tagged the last mob, go back to alvin and give him the TK III Decoder and the Transmission Bug. He will give you the items below then dissapear.

Assemble The Syringe with your Pads of Interest from Missoin 1 to get your Pads of Will
