Our Mission:

We are excited to bring a one-of-a-kind experience to the greater Richland community by creating a fun and entertaining gathering spot while providing quality food and products at a convenient location. We strive to build up the local community and support the citizens of Richland and the Tri-Cities by providing an opportunity for social interaction and an atmosphere of serving the community.

1) All vendors must be pre-approved.

2) We reserve the right to have items removed from the space if different from the original approved application.

Selling Space:

Each vendor may have one space. Multiple spaces require additional fees.

Vendors are to provide their own tents, tables, chairs, signs, and displays.

Vendor must display a sign identifying the name and location of the business. Vendors are responsible for acquiring their own business license and collecting and remitting sales tax to the state.

Variety, quality and freshness are hallmarks of The Richland Movie & Marketplace.

The market fee for each market day is $15.00 per stall per day for registered vendors. Market fee for unregistered vendors is $25.00 per stall per day with no guarantee that a space will be available.

Cash and checks are accepted. Make checks payable to Smoovies.

Registration Fee

The 2009 Smoovies Movie and Marketplace annual registration fee is $40.00, payable with the application. Checks should be made payable to Smoovies. If you are not accepted into the market, your registration fee will be returned.

Hold Harmless Agreement

Vendor has read and understands the Smoovies Movie and Marketplace guidelines and policies and is bound by the terms and conditions outlined in them. Vendor will sell only what is listed on this application. Vendor is responsible for the quality and safety of what they sell. Vendor shall indemnify, keep and save harmless Smoovies and all agencies Smoovies makes agreements with, including the City of Richland, from and against, any and all claims and demands, whether for injuries to persons, or loss of life, or damage to property, on or off the premises, arising out of the use or occupancy of the premises by vendor, including legal fees incurred to defend rights under this agreement, and shall defend at vendor’s own expense any action brought against Smoovies and of the above mentioned organizations or any other person or organization with which Smoovies has a contractual relationship by vendor’s act or omissions.
