I grew up in Massachusetts with a pencil and paintbrush always in my hand. Since I can remember, art has always been my means of self-expression. Through my teens, I studied at the Worcester Art Museum and the Art Institute of Boston. Recently, I graduated summa cum laude with a degree in illustration at the College of Visual and Performing Arts at UMass Dartmouth. I have a special interest in portraiture, cultural work, and children's books. I have illustrated for English as a Second Language textbooks and the New Bedford Standard Times.
