BMS-LLC is an authorized agent to inspect and provide decals for the NO- DISCHARGE COMPLIANCE PROGRAM. BMS-LLC is a mobile company and as such will cover almost any area. BMS-LLC will be covering all area of the Upper Bay, Greenwich Bay, Warwick Cove, Pawtuxet Cove, Providence River, Barrington and Bristol area.
