BMS-LLC is pleased to be a provider of the USCG approved materials, courses and certificates of American Boatschool for USCG Captain’s licensing course. BMS-LLC offers the Captains licensing courses for Masters, OUPV (six-pack), Masters Upgrade, Launch Operator class, commercial assistance towing and sail/auxiliary sail endorsements.

Classes meet one night a week. For Captains OUPV program it will require fourteen (14) sessions and the Masters program it will require a total of twenty (20) sessions. Assistance towing and sail endorsements are included in above schedules and are provided free.

Classes are being offered in Jamestown R.I. with the possibility of a second location in Massachusetts. Launch operator classes can be offered at your marina or yacht club.
