THINGS TO CONSIDER

If you have not spent a lot of time at sea you may not know if you are susceptible to seasickness. There are several precautions you can take to avoid seasickness:

Get a good nights sleep, don’t drink a lot of alcohol the night before, don’t have more than one cup of coffee in the morning, eat a small breakfast and avoid acidic foods and start drinking water right away in the morning. You may want to consider taking some over the counter sea sickness drugs such as Dramamine or Bonine.

Absolutely no illegal drugs or hard alcohol allowed. The trip will end before it gets going.

Warning: No illegal drugs allowed aboard this vessel in compliance with the United States Coats Guard zero tolerance policy. If illegal drugs are found aboard this vessel the boat can be confiscated from the owner and the captain’s license revoked.

The sea is no place for excessive drinking, please be responsible.
