Feel the Pain
It's interesting to note that after a heavy leg workout (Tuesday) the true pain of the workout comes 2 days after the workout. I still have yet to figure out why that happens... the day after they are a little sore.. but day 2 brings the full pain... it feels like my quads are going to explode....
