What's a Baco?
After another long and tough workout at the gym tonight i needed to go get some dinner and get some shopping done. As i was talking to ducky earlier i introduced him to my new found burger taco or Baco.... what i do is go to mcdonalds.. get a regular hamburger... toss the bottom bun and fold the top portion into a taco looking thing.. bam.. you have the baco... Why do I do this?... to many bad carbs in the buns.. so i half it... but hey works for me...
