Amazing

I'm not the biggest baseball fan in the world.. but i do love the cardinals. I've been to a couple of games this year, even a round one playoff game. The cards had an amazing year. They played tough, played hurt, and what i love about the cardinals is their business ethic. Sure we live in an era of multi million dollar players.

The thing is the cards don't show off, they are all business. The cards are in a deep hole in the NLCS with houston. First of all all those texas fans think they are the shit. Our fans, even with other teams are always respective. That kinda irks me, also their players seem to think they won the world, especiallys yesterdays win.

So i'm watching the cards game tonight, they are down 4-2 and going into the 9th. I'm thinking well that's it for this year, Busch Stadium will be tore down for the new ballpark and we just let another world series slip through our fingers. Then, bottom of the 9th, Big Albert comes up to the plate... all their fans are deafening with the thought of Houston clinching at home. One pitch, and one of the most murdered baseballs i've ever seen is crushed out of the park.

So we'll have another game at Busch. At least if the cards lose the series, at least we got that blast... it made me happy
