Lots of changes for us recently. I've just changed jobs after 4 years with USXpress. Being away from home 3 weeks at a time was becoming uncomfortable for all of us and while I enjoyed seeing the country again and getting the chance to take photos of new places and beautiful things I wanted to be with my family. So a new chapter begins as I join Cargo Transporters of Claremont, NC as a regional driver. If it doesn't work out as well as I think it will then USXpress has left an open door for me to return at any time. That's comforting...
UPDATE 12/20/08: And things are going well, although the money is not as good. I was willing to take a cut in pay to be home and I'm certainly enjoying being home. Here it is Christmas again and we wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year!
