Our initial day of travel is usually a Friday. Because our group consists of people from all over the United States, our first flight will take us to the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), in Houston, Texas.  This is our initial meeting place.  It is here that old faces are excited to see old faces again and new ones are eagerly welcomed by the group.

From IAH we fly as a group to Belize City, Belize of Central America.

Once we arrive in Belize City, we must go through Customs.  After everyone and everything has been cleared with Customs, another flight with TROPIC AIR takes us to the island of Ambergris Caye.  On this island lies the small town of San Pedro.  San Pedro will serve as our home for the rest of the week.  We stay at a comfortable resort located right on the beach.
