Hello Everyone,

Welcome to Pack 4173's website. For all of you new folks, feel free to wander around our website. There is a lot of very useful information here, as well as some games for the boys to play.

We are undergoing some changes so please "bear" with us during this process. We are rearranging our leadership roles so the pack will have continued strength in the leadership roles as the pack moves forward into the coming years.

Daniel Cole has taken on the role of Cubmaster for our future. He has a lot of great ideas. Let's do everything we can to support him. I will remain on as an assistant to help the transition. We have a few openings this year on the Den leader level. We must have a Bear Leader for the 3rd graders. They have been a strong den, but we lost the leader, so someone from that group please jump up.

We will also need some leaders for the incoming Tigers. These are the most fun. Cute as a button, we need to hook them up with some good leaders. And if anyone is interested, we could use another Assistant Cubmaster to help Daniel out when I move on with my son.

I know a lot of you will be brand new to scouting. And I know it can be scary not understanding everything. But if you wait until you figure it all out.. you will be gone on to boy scouts by then. Those of us leaders that are still here are more than willing to teach you the ropes, and how to tie them. I have been in scouts going on 5 years now with my son. And one thing I have learned is that you get out of it exactly what you put into it. I promise, the more that you are able to help and participate, the more you and your family will get out of it. Please help our unit be successful. Please help our boys turn into great young men. Volunteer any chance you get. Advice from an old outgoing Cubmaster.

Below is where the pack calendar is posted. We try to do our best to put things on the calendar as soon as possible so folks have time to request off if they need to. There are often changes and updates, so please check the calendar often. There are also things with your dens, district and council levels that may not make it on the calendar. Please ask is you have any question at all about any events.
