BSC is a family business that specializes in the planning and construction of custom homes, log homes, remodeling, and insurance claims. BSC provides its customers with a construction management style of business. We schedule and coordinate all of the labor, materials, and services that are needed to build an entire home or just a small remodeling project. We obtain the permits, contact inspectors, and work with local subcontractors to complete your large or small construction project. All of the invoices come directly to us and we pay all of the subcontractors, so that you receive one consolidated invoice from BSC. We also work with your insurance company to settle a claim or bank to draw on a mortgage. CAD services are available to provide our customers with 3-D drawings of what a new home or addition will look like when completed. BSC has based its operation in Omro, Wisconsin, but we have done work throughout the state of Wisconsin.
