After our customers have their plans drawn up, we can calculate an estimate. We are able to provide our own subcontractors for trades such as electrical and plumbing or we can work with the companies that you feel are most qualified to do the job. Here again, if you just need someone for only one phase of the construction process, we are able to accommodate that. Recently, we were contracted to perform just the rough-in phase of the construction of a new home. BSC completed a new 1450 sq. ft. home in Clintonville. In this home a complete home networking system including telephone, coax, and computer networking was completed in this home. Currently, we are restoring an early 1900 Victorian home in the UW campus area of Oshkosh.
