In which Len apologizes for messing up the VB&G

My throwin' arm is tired.

For those of you who were not in the bar last night, my apologies for the way the bar looks today. It got pretty messed up.

I was playing with Chihuahua again. That little hairless puppy gets soooo excited when I throw that little red ball for him! I would hold that little red ball over his head and he would get up on his tiny hind feet and dance around, waiting for me to throw him another one.

I would throw one across the bar and have it hit a table or chair and the little Chihuahua would take off after it, with his tiny feet scurrying so fast, he couldn't get any traction. Then, as he would just about be up to the ball it would ricochet off a table leg, or a chair and the little guy would go crashing into the table. But, I got him trained pretty good. Every time I threw one, he would go fetch it and drop it by my stool. <straight line for yas>

His little tail would be wagging, and he'd be so excited with his 'prize' he'd almost piddle on the floor. That's how most of the furniture in here got moved around. Also, the bottles that were on the Juke Box got knocked over too.

It got to be so much fun, even Heekester, Wolfpup, and Phil B. threw the little red ball for him. He didn't fetch quite as well for them as he did for me. They threw the ball WAY over his head. Ya see guys, you need to throw it down low, roll it across the floor where he can see it. I even rolled a few real slow, thinking he could catch up to it and grab it on the roll. Poor little fella, couldn't even catch it on the first bounce. He's gonna require a bit more training.

Well this morning I'm going to get me a cup of coffee, so I'll buy while everyone's helping to clean up from last night. Meanwhile, I need to go look for Chihuahua. He usually hides over in that tiny little rat hole behind the cigarette machine. That's where all the rats go at night. He does kinda look like one o' them doesn't he? With that pointy nose,
hairless body, funny tail, and spindly legs.

HERE BOY. <tweet> <tweet> Come on out of there... Oh, I better be careful. I don't want to wake the rest of the rats, like pebbles, and anon. Come on Chihuahua, today's 'paper training' day. I've got newspaper on the floor in the corner that you can piddle on, and nobody will spank you. I do have
some newspaper rolled up and if your bad again today,,, it's going across your nose. Sometimes I feel bad for him because I think he was abused at his last home. He was probably sexually abused...
