Let me Introduce Myself ...

Been lurking in the corner for awhile, putting quarters on the pool table, keeping my mouth shut (most of the time) and staying out of fights. Figure it's time to jump into the fray.

Name's Bill. Been riding on and off for the last 14 years. Never owned a Harley, but for as long as I can remember, the sound of a big twin stirred something deep inside me. When a Harley drove by, I'd hush folks just to listen. I remember as a kid sneaking into my friend's garage and pulling the cover off his Dad's old Harley and staring in awe. Never really got over that feeling. I still just stare in awe at Harleys - and grin like a shit-eating cat when I hear one go by.

I took the plunge a few weeks ago and ordered my first Harley. A 2003 Deuce EFI. Waugh Enterprise will be outfitting her with V&H Big Shot Staggered pipes and Stage One EFI air cleaner. Estimated ship date was 30 Aug, and I'm waiting . . . patiently . . .

Whatever you think of my decisions, they were made with some significant input from ya'll, and I look forward to learning more in the years to come. And for that I want to buy ya'll a round.
