Monthly Meeting Minutes

Date: November 10, 2008

Meeting called to order at 19:10 hours, by President Dale Grenstiner.

Secretary’s Report: Read by Dennis Tackson, accepted by membership as read.

Treasurer’s Report: Read by Ray Dewey, accepted by membership as read.

Quartermaster’s Report: Read by Bob Desrochers, accepted by membership as read.

Old Business

Christmas Party; Friday December 12, 2009. Location is Point Breeze, Webster, MA. Price per person is $25.00, with food orders from their holiday menu. There will be a cocktail hour and cheese trays at 7:00 PM, followed by dinner at 8:00 PM. Those wanting to participate in the gift swap, the dollar limit is $20.00, female buys for female and male buys for male.

Contact Norman Chenevert at 508-943-7637 or John Fleming at 508-949-1516, with your response as soon as possible to ensure we have adequate seating arrangements.

Newsletter: We are seeking any and all individuals that would be interested in contributing news items that would be added to the newsletter link of our web site. It can be anything from conference news, riding information, etc. This is your web site, let us make it an interesting read for others visiting the web-page.

New Business

Carnival Run 2009; Ray Dewey printed a draft flyer for 2009 Carnival Run. Membership in attendance reviewed for editing errors and corrections. The draft was accepted and Ray will complete and submit to Web-Master for the ride schedule.

Honorary Member; As stated in the International Bylaws, all honorary members must be voted and approved by the Board of Directors and Officers present. Vote conducted Honorary member approved.

Dues; 2009 dues are due and must be paid by January 2009. If you have not paid please submit as soon as possible to our Treasurer, Ray Dewey at 168 Quinebaug Rd. North Grosvenordale, CT 06255.

There will be no meeting in December!!
