 The Broil King Sovereign series feature a stainless steel rear rotisserie burner. This cooking method is preferred by specialty restaurants because it allows food to baste continually. The indirect heat prevents drippings from burning or igniting, virtually eliminating grease fires and flare-ups.

OUR QUALITY GOES DEEPER
Broil King oven castings are made deeper and thicker than ordinary gas grills. This means better cooking preformance at all heat levels. The thicker casting helps to keep the temperature constant so the heat doesn't escape. The deep oven allows the burner and briquets to be located farther from the cooking grids for excellent heat control and reduced flare-up. The deeper oven also accommodates large turkeys or roasts and thanks to Broil King's deep and thick oven casting...better results every time!

HEAVY DUTY CAST IRON GRIDS
Broil King cast iron grids are designed to heat evenly, quickly searing meats to lock in succulent juices and natural flavors. Matte porcelain coated for easy cleaning, the iron grids are grooved to channel excess fat away from foods and briquets which reduces uncontrolled food charring flare-ups. Sovereign, Regal and Crown models feature matte procelain-coated cast iron grids. Other models have porcelain-coated heavy wire grids.

The conventional burner used in a similar sized barbecue from a leading manufacturer weighs 1.54 lbs. / .70 kg and has only 164 gas ports. The Broil King Super 8 Infinity burner weighs 3.22 lbs. / 1.46 kg and contains 380 gas ports. Since it is made of heavy gauge stainless steel and built to last, Broil King backs its burner with a five year limited warranty.
