LICENSE

Blueline Software agrees to grant you a non-exclusive license to use the program and documentation subject to the terms and conditions stated in this license agreement.

A.  You may use the programs on a single computer. The programs may be used on more than one computer provided that they are used on only one computer at a time.

B.  You may copy the programs , in whole or in part for backup purpose, provided that these copies are for your own use on the single computer. The copyright notice must be reproduced and included on any copy, modification, or portion merged into another program.

C, You may modify and/or merge the programs into another program, provided that it is for your own use on the single computer.

D.  You may transfer the programs and license to another party, if the other party agrees to notify Blueline Software of the transfer and accepts the terms and conditions of this license agreement. If you transfer possession of any copy, modification, or merged portion of the programs to another party, your license is automatically terminated and you must destroy any copies not transferred, including all modifications and portions of the program contained or merged into other programs.

E.  You may not distribute copies of the programs and documentation to others electronically or by any other means.

You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer the programs, or any copy, modification, or merged portion, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided for in this license agreement.

Blueline Software warrants the program diskette(s) if furnished, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to you as evidenced by a copy of your receipt. After the ninety (90) day period a nominal fee for replacement will be charged. This warranty is limited to you and is not transferable. Blueline Software's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be replacement of the diskette not meeting Blueline Software's limited warranty.

Except as expressly stated above, Blueline Software makes no warranties as to the performance or results that may be obtained by using the programs. The programs and documentation are sold "as is" without warranty of any kind either expressed or implied including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance is assumed by you the buyer. Should the programs prove defective, you (and not the creator of the programs or Blueline Software) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

In no event will Blueline Software be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the programs in this package, even if Blueline Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some states do not allow the limitations or exclusions of implied warranties or liabilities for incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

TERM

This license is in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any other time by destroying the programs and documentation together with all copies, modifications, and merged portions in any form. It will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this license agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the program and documentation in any form.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan.

You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us which supersedes any proposal, or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between us relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
