Personal Traits: The long spikes of hair that protrude from his heads are actually long stretches of bone that grow hair on the surface. They are very similar to the antlers of a Earth creature called Deer. His race is born with what appear to be tattoos on their chests. All though Federation scientists have tried to find a scientific explanation, the Rohanians believe them to be marks of the Gods. His species is empathic meaning they have the ability to heal another’s injuries by taking them on themselves. This of course is very painful for them and they try to avoid it whenever possible because it could mean death if they were to absorb something too serious. He also has telepathy though not to the level of the Betazoids. He can read another’s thoughts but he has to be in close physical contact with them; a hand shake would be suitable contact. Last but certainly not least, his people have telekinesis. He can move objects with his mind. This too is very strenuous on them but not the point of danger, just exhaustion.

Personality: Roguish, charming, debonair… These are all adjectives that have been used to describe him. He can sense what a person wants and then adapt his attitude to match. He was quite the trouble maker on his Homeworld. Born to a very well to do political family high up in the Rohinian Senate, he was prone to try to shed his families snobbish image by any means he could. He associated with the paupers of his society and many less then reputable people, much to the dismay of his family. They didn’t think it proper for a man of his stature hanging out with such riffraff. He kept finding other ways to throw a wrench in his image by practical jokes, petty crime, womanizing… His behavior eventually lead to some serious situations which had him banished from his Homeworld as a result. Since then he has cleaned up and found some ambition. He has a temper when provoked and can become quite violent under certain circumstances.

Academy Life: His Academy years went well. Shortly after his banishment from his Homeworld he caught a ride on a Federation Starship. He was pretty pathetic at that point, having no direction for his life to take. For some reason though the Captain of that ship who went by the name of Telibus, took a liking to him and sponsored his entrance into the Academy. At first he refused and was content to wander the galaxy for a few decades but he eventually contacted the Captain who was now an Admiral and asked if his offer still stood. At first he didn’t like the idea of attending an alien school but about a month into it he began to really enjoy it, make a lot of friends, and ace all his classes.

Personal History: He was born into a proud and distinguished family, one of the ruling families of his planet. He early childhood was relatively uneventful but when he hit the rebellious 60’s (Teenagers on his world) he gained a certain disgust for his society. He saw them as a cold and arrogant people who thought they were better than everyone else thus ignoring the rest of the galaxy. They were content to sit on their planet with little to no contact with the rest of the quadrant but he wasn’t. He tried to find ways to get off the planet but his family made sure he didn’t. He became quite the ladies man and this is what lead to his exile. He met a senator’s young daughter and they hit it off but this led to a pregnancy and he was the father. Thos kind of relationships at his age were strictly taboo and his family had no other choice according to law but to banish him, never to return. Since then he has had no contact with any of his family or his young lover. He doesn’t know the fate befell her or his unborn child.

Rohanian History: The Rohanians believe that they were created by they were created by a benevolent God that they call Aeris, over 1,000,000 years ago. They also believe that there were other malevolent Gods that created all the other species in the universe. This makes them a very xenophobic society who looks at all other with a look of disdain. This has made most contact with them to be completely impossible for their arrogance is too great. On the planetary scale they have evolved into a peaceful society. They have had no wars and very little bloodshed in their history. While they may not respect the rest of the universe, they hold a great respect for their own people. Technologically they are a good century ahead of the Federation but due to their desire to remain an isolated culture, their space fleet leaves something to be desired. The are warp capable but they stopped researching it about 20 years after they developed their first drive and haven’t resumed since, using only what ships they had developed in those 20 years. Their government if a run by a parliament composed of all the oldest most well respected families. The government is efficient and just and has not to this day seen any kind of revolt against it.
