We encourage socializing before and after meetings. Meetings generally last one-two hours.
La Leche League meetings are held monthly, and rotate continually through four major topics:
- The Advantages of Breastfeeding to Mother and Baby
- Baby Arrives: The Family and the Breastfed Baby
- The Art of Breastfeeding and Avoiding Difficulties
- Nutrition and Weaning
