What Support Groups Can I Attend?       Back To Services

If you are a victim of domestic violence or sexual assault and would like to participate in a support group, please feel free to do so.  There is no advanced registration required and attendance is not mandatory at any time.  Attend any of the groups that you feel will fit your needs:

Survivors of Domestic Violence and/or Sexual Assault/Abuse: Tuesdays, 6:00-7:30PM, at Smith House.  An unstructured support group for female victims of domestic violence, abuse and/or sexual assault.  For those who are in an emotionally abusive or physically violent relationship or have been in one in the past.  715-834-9578

Domestic Violence Educational Support Group: Thursdays, 6:30-8:00 PM, at Lake St. Methodist Church.  Structured 9 week group about the effects of domestic violence on our lives and how we can move from surviving to thriving! 715-834-9578

Children’s Groups: Every Tuesday & Thursday, while parents are attending an adult group, the children’s center provides support and education groups for children.  Call the Children’s Center for more information before your first group.  715-831-0875

Healthy Women Over 55: Tuesdays, 1-2PM at the Sacred Heart Hospital Women’s Health Center, 2103 Heights Drive.   715-834-9578

Other Groups:  Some groups are not listed here because they are scheduled only when enough people have expressed an interest in attending.  If you are interested in a group for male survivors, parents of child victims or another group, please call us.  715-834-9578
