After weeks of wrapping up the purchase and scheduling the delivery of my newly acquired convertible, the big day arrived from Houston, except I wasn't there! The fates conspired to have me in Ireland on the date that Intercity Lines arrived with the car in one of their impressive auto transport trailers. The pictures at upper left and above show the transporter and the unloading. The picture to the left shows the car with the '68-'69 GT styled steel wheels that replaced the standard rims and hubcaps. |
