My place is located in Pecan Plantation it is approximately 13 miles S.E. of downtown Granbury.

Pecan Plantation is a gated community with 2000+ homes, there is a club house with restaurant, bar, Pro shop, swimming pool and hotel. There are 2 18 hole golf courses. driving ranges. Other amenities are a marina with gas station for cars and boats, tennis courts, 3 park areas on the river, Airpark with a paved 3500 ft runway, Equestrian facilities, camping area and Archery range. In addition within the community is a Bank, Market, Cleaners, Liquor store, Golf cart store, barber, pharmacy and Deli.

My interest are golf which I do 2 to 3 times a week, I stay away from the course on weekends because I don't like 4 1/2 to 5 hour rounds, weekdays are usually 3 to 4 hours max. Another interest is Corvettes, I have had 6. I am a member of the Brazos River Corvette Club and serve as Webmaster. On occasion I will partake in a little fishing in the lakes or rivers, however I prefer deep sea fishing but I'm not close to the ocean.
