Rate: $2,000 per week
- Occupancy is limited to 6 guests.
- No Pets permitted.
- Blankets, pillows and linens are provided.
- Bring your own towels, soap and paper products.

Summer Weeks
(Memorial Day thru Labor Day)
Saturday to Saturday - Check-in time 2:00 P.M. (Eastern Std Time)
Check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M.
Spring and Fall Weekends
Full Days of Friday, Saturday and Sunday

***TERMS***
A deposit of 50 percent of the rental fee is required within one week of verbal
agreement to hold your reservation.
The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in date along with a $350 security deposit.
(Security deposit will be mailed back to you after inspection of property.)
Cancellations received 45 days before rental date will receive a refund,
less a 25 percent cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 45 days before your check-in date.
