Membership
Statement: The Net does not charge for membership
or any service. Requirements for full membership are a disability or health
problem of some kind and a valid Amateur Radio Operator/Station license
issued by whatever government or nation has jurisdiction over the location
from which the station is operated. Honorary membership may be bestowed
upon any person, handicapped or not, licensed or not, who, in the opinion
of the General Manager or Executive Committee, deserve the recognition
and honor as a result of their work with, for or on behalf of the handicapped
and their cause. No distinction is made as to race, creed, color, sex or
political affiliation.
There are NO dues or fees of any
kind and the only obligation is to help foster and perpetuate fellowship
and camaraderie among the members.
The Net relies solely on donations
of moneys and radio and computer equipment from members and benefactors
for all printing, postage and other expenses. No salaries are paid to anyone
- all officers serve as volunteers and all services are strictly voluntary.
