The International Handicappers' Net is pleased to announce that 1998 made forty years we've been in existence and on the air.
In honor of that achievement, we've celebrated with a "Life Begins at 40" mini convention - meeting in San Diego, California on February 19, 20 & 21, 1998.

(It was the first ever and those who attended had a great time - sorry we didn't see you)
