Year in Review
The
year began with a great trip to Stone Mountain 4/11-4/15. Highlights included
-bike
riding (except Luke who was 13 months old) -Spartanism
-Meeting
David and Rebecca - Gramma Coke and
Hauling the Pot
-Spartanism - Tammy being
scared riding the lift to the top
-Riding
the DUKs – Stone Mountain Jr. –borrowing out neighbors fire to make smores
-
Daniel saying “I can tell that’s Joanna by
the legs”, and David walking around the camper
- Luke being bitten by a dog with one tooth!

And who can forget Chi-Chi, we still miss

Wolly Worm Fest

the members of PCC were overwhelmed by a
case of PCC (Pickens County Crud)

this epidemic outbreak caused this trip to
be cancelled, we can only hope to reschedule in 07

Oconee State Park

nice park close to home

-first official meeting of PCC as the 69
made her first trip

it was cold, we burned A LOT of wood

- kids did fire races (under the close
supervision of our CEO and founder S.Whitmire) -David
and Rebecca showed to officially close the camping season, and get a “PERFECT”
hard boiled egg

Putt-putt closet to the hole was fun - Clark Rhetburg, Alexander “anything”
Simmons joined the group as guests of PCC Director Silas Whitmire
-
It was great to see them all work together
to gather wood, although that laurel thicket will not recover for 10-15 year
FOOD
Again
many thanks go to President M. Whitmire and V.P. Tam Brazinski for the awesome
food that was prepared throughout the rally season

Burgers and Dogs –and suckers for Luke

Nothing like getting to watch one of the
girls get upset with the fare that is served either!! hahahah!

New
BUSINESS
We
need to set a rally planning date for the 07 season. It has been suggested that
this happen in the month of December and the President and VP set the date. All
officers and Directors are required to attend.
Our
logo contest is still open to all members that wish to participate! Entry
deadline is the end of November for the 07 season.
