Confidentiality
All arbitration proceedings and
information received by the arbitrator are confidential. The proceedings,
including identity of the parties, shall not be disclosed by the arbitrator
to any nonparty unless and until (1) ordered to do so by a court of competent
jurisdiction, (2) authorized by the parties to the proceedings, or (3)
otherwise authorized and directed by law.
Information necessary for the
proper administration of the arbitration may be disclosed between the
arbitrator and administrative personnel. To the extent of the disclosure,
administrative personnel shall have agreed to be bound by the same nondisclosure
responsibilities as that of the arbitrator.
