 | Micromounters
of New England Promotes the study of minerals that
require a microscope. Often, the ability to view your specimens under
a microscope reveals aspects of a mine or locality that would never be
available to the unaided eye. You don't need to own a microscope to be
a member and you don't even need to be a member to attend a meeting.
They do enjoy guests and the challenge of identifying the specimens they
bring with them.
The Micromounters of New England meet on the 3rd Saturday of September,
October, November, January through April and then host our annual symposium
with a well respected guest speaker in May. |
