Below is a list of services offered by or through Craig Burgwardt Productions, Inc:

Art Direction, Layout & Design: Strong art direction and creative aspects are essential to the final impact of an advertising
or promotional piece. We can layout, design and print everything from business cards to signage, logos to letterheads,
brochures to posters and mockups to murals.

Printing Services: The final output of printed material is the shining example and result of hard work, input, tweaking and
perfection. Having access to small, medium and large print houses including digital direct to press, we can provide the
best source for the job no matter what format, size or quantity.

Illustration: As one of the industry's top illustrator/design houses, we've been servicing individuals and businesses like yours
for the last twenty-seven years. Builder/developer, hotel/casino and world-famous outdoor stores have utilized our designs

Stock Photography: We have a collection of over 10,000 local and specialty stock images available and continue to add
to the collection on a daily basis. From hunting, fishing and outdoors to sunsets, wildlife and spectacular scenery. If we
don't have the perfect image for your job in our database, we can make arrangements to shoot it for you.

Photography Services: Traditional and digital photography, along with transparent and reflective scanning capabilities round
out a perfect spectrum of photographic needs. This allows for quick turnarounds of those custom-shot images.

Fine Art Originals & Prints: Craig T. Burgwardt has been painting in oils, watercolors and acrylics for nearly 38 years.

Consulting/Copywriting: Nobody knows everything...but we strive to know all there is to know when it comes to
providing you with all you need to become a success in the advertising and marketing of your business. If we don't know it,
we'll hunt it down and find it out. We're committed to you. We have multiple sources of experienced writers at our disposal,
both locally and regionally.

Hardware & Software: We have both Mac and PC platforms working in Photoshop 6, Illustrator 9 and QuarkXpress 4,
HP Flattop Large-Format Scanner as well as Olympus digital cameras, PhotoFlex lights and in-house photo studio
and local location options.

Craig Burgwardt Productions, Inc. Billing Policies

Below is a list of Billing Policies:


CBP, Inc. Billing Policies – Our Basic Hourly Rate...
Art Direction, Design, Photography $95.00/hr.
Illustration $95.00/hr.
Layout, Production $95.00/hr.

1) We are primarily a graphic art, design and photography studio specializing in graphic art design, illustration, photography,
print media preparation, advertising design, publication insertions and fine art paintings and prints.

2) We can and will provide written detailed estimates on any project just for the asking. If we are more than 15% over our
written time estimate, we will charge additional hours (above the 15%) at the rate of $45.00/ hour to complete your
project successfully. Changes in your project may change the price, printer, delivery time, incidental charges, etc.

3) We charge competitive rates by the hour as it relates to any job. We are fast, fair and good at what we do. Changes and
revisions are also billable time and will be billed accordingly.

4) We will prepare an invoice for you at the completion of your project showing actual hours logged and any related expenses
and applicable taxes. All payment is due upon completion of your project.

5) All large design/print projects will include a deposit to start of 1/2 the estimated design/print charge, and the final half plus
applicable taxes at time of delivery.

6) We will require a 50% deposit on the estimated cost of any printing project at the time of the final approval to print.
All print jobs require a signed proof approval before they can be sent for printing of any kind.

7) A 50% deposit will be required on all commissioned fine art pieces and murals.

8) You will be charged for incidental expenses such as Fed Ex, UPS or USPS at the rate they charge Craig Burgwardt
Productions, Inc., rounded off to the next dollar.

9) Expenses such as photography or other third-party company services which have an expense over $500.00 may be invoiced
at time of purchase and due on a NET 10 basis. You will be charged a “photography services fee” on any photo shoot
by Craig Burgwardt Productions, Inc..

10) Craig Burgwardt Productions, Inc. will retain copyright/ownership of all tangible materials and intellectual property such
as images we create or images we photograph in the course of designing your print or Internet project. Clients will be entitled
to limited and specific usage rights for the purpose of print reproduction, websites or postings on the Internet.

11) Clients must accept delivery and pay our invoice on any finished print job for which they have paid a deposit and signed
the final printers proof or Craig Burgwardt Productions, Inc. print proof approval. To expedite work, proofing may take the
form of faxable drafts, actual samples or email message with a .jpeg attachment.

12) Cancellation Policies: In the event of the cancellation of any project, a cancellation fee will be paid by the client equal to
the hours expended up to the notice of cancellation, plus any actual expenses incurred or in progress thereof. Any client
deposit paid will be applied to the total. Craig Burgwardt Productions, Inc. will refund any excess monies as appropriate.

13) Stuff happens...we archive all projects to CD’s....with that being said Craig Burgwardt Productions, Inc. uses modern
computer hardware, up-to-date software and virus protection software. We will not be held responsible for missed deadlines
or lost files due to catastrophic system failures, power outages, fire, flood, theft of equipment, etc. In the unlikely event of this
happening, we will attempt to outsource your project to a successful and timely completion. Likewise, we will not be held
responsible for similar incidents by third-party providers such as printers or internet service providers.

14) This is most important...we are not a bank, loan company or the guy down the street. We strongly feel the very being of
our economy is a direct result of business owners living up to their financial responsibilities to one another in a professional and
timely fashion. You will be given an invoice for all expenses incurred on your project. Full payment is required at time of
delivery, or on a NET 10 basis with prior agreement. We do not tolerate delinquent accounts and after 20 days of non-
payment your business will be billed monthly with a $25.00 service charge or at an annual percentage rate of 18%, whichever
is greater. In addition, we will take measures to collect the amount owed through every appropriate legal channel. At this
time, we only accept payment by either check or good old American cash.

15) Finally...I will do whatever it takes to make your artistic experience with Craig Burgwardt Productions, Inc. a great one...
