Minters of Henry County

This website is...   a narrative family history of one branch of a large family descended from a couple who settled in Henry County, Virginia about the time of the American Revolution.  It is somewhat lengthy, running to about 37 pages of text when printed, plus various maps, graphics, and photographs, as well as a descendancy listing which places some 350 or so persons in the family tree.

The continue link below will take you to the Table of Contents where you can get a better feel for what lies ahead.  The components of the site listed there are links which will take you directly to each topic or item.  But if you are interested in reading and viewing what is offered here - and we hope you are - it is recommended that you just follow the continue links all the way through.  They, along with other options, including the Table of Contents, can be found at the bottom of each page of the website.

About printing....  Unfortunately, it is not possible to control the way the text and other components will print on your equipment, because printers vary, as do their settings.  If you try printing the narrative, it should fit onto a standard page with "normal" printer settings (margins, etc.) but various charts, "boxes" of informations, and photographs are likely to be cut off at he bottom of the page from tme to time.  There's just not much we could do about that, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

If you'd like to contact the author, email information can be found on the page entitled "The Author."
