I use a variety of cutting styles when creating my puzzles.  Shown below are just a few of the more than 20 cutting styles I use, 13 of which have been created by and are exclusive to "Just Ducky" Puzzles.  I like to use a style appropriate to the subject matter or the purpose of the puzzle.  For example "Curlicue" works well with water scenes, flowers, or with dark subject matter when the shapes of the pieces are highly visible; "Zig Zag" is devilishly difficult to assemble and is often used with straight edge puzzles; "Long Irregular" works well with puzzles with irregular borders and puzzles with lots of figural pieces; "Knobs" is very difficult to assemble and does well when the print contains lots of small details; "Droopy Knobs" is excellent for Art Nouveau subjects; "Hearts" and "Droopy Hearts" ideal for Valentines Day, an anniversary, birthday, marriage proposal, etc.; and "My Second Toe" for... well, you figure it out! You may choose any style for your puzzle.

Pieces are usually cut at between 2.0 and 2.5 per square inch but can be cut in larger or smaller sizes; for example larger sizes can be cut for a child's puzzle.
