Study Resources The Revelation at harSinai (Mount Sinai) was, according to Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson (of blessed memory), a turning point in the spiritual history of the world. A level of Divinity was revealed at Mt. Sinai in the presence of an entire nation - a level of Divinity which transcended all limitations; the Revelation exceeded the capacity of the limited nature of the Israelites, to the point of complete self-nullification. Godliness was revealed - and through His profound Revelation He gave the Torah to Moshe Rabbenu (Moses our Teacher) and Yisrael. There is absolutely no other document on the face of the Earth that can compare to the Torah. Why? Because the Torah is not merely a document - it is a Living Revelation of the Living God. The Torah is the blueprint of Creation - encompassing all manner of perfection and quality to be found in the world, it is the absolute perfection of truth and goodness. According to Chassidic thought, "The essence of Torah is that it is completely united with the Infinite Light of the En Sof (the "Endless" or "Infinite") which is enclothed within it in a perfect and total unity." This links on this page (below) are (G-d willing) the best means available to introduce non-Jews to the Torah - and to a whole new world of thought and inspiration. And there is something you must be told: Once you begin studying Torah v'lishma (for its own sake), you will find that your life will never be the same again.
