I've made quite a few of these for fellow RGP'ers. If you'd like to me to make one for you, send me a piece of spring steel stock that is 3 inches by 2 inches. Just drop it in a snail-mail envelop and I'll mail it back to you, transformed into a flap. Drop me a line at (chibler@charter.net) and I will send you my home address.

If you'd rather "do it yourself", I've created a template, below. Since the .jpg was scanned at 300 dpi, you'll need to copy this .jpg into your graphics program, and print it at 300 dpi also. If you do not print it at 300 dpi, the dimensions of the template could scale incorrectly.

The printed template should have the following dimensions:

  Top - 2 5/8"

  Bottom - 2 13/16"

  Vertical - 1 5/16"

Right click here, and select "save target as" to get the template in .jpg format.
 

A better alternative, assuming you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, is to right click here, and select "save target as" to get the template in .pdf format. This should be a less error prone method and should print to the exact dimensions specified above. Thanks to Rick Fisher for converting the image to .pdf format for me!
