As a free nation serving in the most effective way possible America has many difficulties, one of those if foreign intervention within its borders and this is the major demise which has supported the Oil rich authorities of the Middle East known as Opec and Central America's Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has not made any effort to support the Venezuelan populus much less try to deal with the high cost of fuels which has requilted dealing with Opec. Our future it seems is destined towards what our own vehicle corporate manufacturers are willing to sell to the public at retail values far above their financial abilities and some foreign investments which have brought their electric vehicles into America to sell at outrageous prices. We are not seeing much progress from the Department of Transportation (DOT) mainly because (DOT) is not interested in the onslaught of vehicles which are flooding the retail markets. I do not feel we need a wholesale option or rebates to be able to purchase these retail marvels that have a flair of modish appearances that stands out in the crowd and are eyesores for those whom wish there not be accident prong drivers that do not keep their eye on the highways but drift from object to object as some of these objects which are described as electric vehicles are annoying and distracting enough to cause accidents. Americans are more likely to support what has been seen on American highways instead of something out of a Disney or Science Fiction Sequal. I feel the best way to approach the argument of which vehicle qualifies is the vehicle the people have in their possession. If there were a program which would convert their vehicle to a electric vehicle and hybrid electric vehicles then we would not be offended as much and this conversion can be a free service changing only the valid Motor Vehicle Title as it became a Electric Vehicle. Becoming committed to this idea is a desireable future where we would begin seeing some education opportunities and job service opportunities all supporting the main concept, Electric Vehicles versus Gasoline/Diesel fueled vehicles. With a slight lead for conversion from a gasoline driven vehicle America could begin to feel more self supporting rather than being dependent on the Opec for Oil which is converted to gasoline and diesel before the consumer pumps it into their current gasoline automobiles. The future of America depends on a well organized authority which is dedicated to the people it serves, with this in mind we should offer Tax Free Electric Power for sale at service centers everywhere and not be dependent on State Regulatory pricing so that there is a balanced low cost mandate. Consideration for prices of tires and some luxury features for electric vehicles need to be focused on like communications and computing. The major arena for development should be delivery and shipping concerns so that such markets can be complied to when they need servicing. Besides this we need to bring our military into a semi luxury arena of electric vehicles and offer them the free conversion. Where we see new vehicle owners not desiring to have their luxury degraded by a conversion we're short changed in that they are not going to agree to help deminish America's dependence on Opec or other external fuel source which we have seen producing cost factors that are to great. I agree we must stop using as much fuel but the reason we are is because of the vehicles that we have, we do not have alternative means of transportation where we could borrow a vehicle for a day and not have to fill up on a 20-40 gallon tank of gasoline priced above $3.50 a gallon. We burn at least that much every 400 miles we travel and there are increasing numbers of travelers taking to the highways besides flying in commercial airliners. America has not developed a mass transit system which could be affordable, what has been developed is used for driving a pension plan, or retirements. America will have to grasp this totally, Insurance Companies are not giving into sheltering government intervention if there were a different applicative method, it will have to come from within instead. Without regards that the American Consumers lack certain types of education criteria, like hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles, they are also lacking the job opportunities which revolve about those two career opportunities. Like major automakers are shown that all the public needs is a license to drive one of their expensive electric vehicles and never need to consider a education or a degree of specialized education pertaining to a wider range of applicative energy conscious vehicles other than gasoline vehicles and this goes for trade schools, and colleges that offer military training besides extra curriculums like math, science, biology, history, and economics. Our military needs support of civilian work forces that are highly trained and experts in their field of training. What this says entirely is that America is falling behind in education and becoming a second best opportunity nation. We must someday realize that rebating purchases is not the directive we need to endorse as banking seems to have been on the education curriculums for quite some time and made no efforts to comply to the needs of Americans in coping with fuel pricing. What could banks do, first banks need depositors and depositors need guarantees and thats about all it takes as guarantees of pre-existing saving plans continue in affect with our big exception, a percentage increase for long term savings which reflect upon designing a future for electric vehicles in America so they get their money and more and America gets a well educated nation, a electric vehicle change-over objective which does it for free for everyone and plenty more of education opportunity so that we don't forget that we are just as well organized about our transportation issues as any other nation that has begun theirs already. The pay as you go idea for cellphones seems to work well for those whom are intelligent enough to comply to the laws and this would become a true rental position without salespeople and rental locations so a rental vehicle can be parked anywhere and you find it, get in and make the connection to begin the rental process. Lots of advantages can be crafted into a rental vehicle esp. energy recharging and destination for the driver to head that way. It is more sinister to believe that Americans must own electric vehicles and hold Titles for them than to provide rentals they may never come into contact with again during their lifetime. Why should Americans get a free change-over from their gasoline auto to a electric auto keeping the same VIN and identification with one exception, a database of vehicles converted should maintain equal access for all companies affected by the change-over so that we do not get some wild theft racket going which could charge a new motor for a converted vehicle and the buyer resale it on eBay for profit if they buyer of it picks it up so no shipping is offered, same goes for every parts dealer and opportunist which is endorsing a theft racket, laws to protect consumers must be created to consider what should be done with squanderers. Our military needs to be able to comply to standards which Americans need to endorse so this is a real opportunity for people to join our military services to get training in the best way possible and serve the world with their newly learned skills. Eventually we will be going into more transportation areas of concern like boating, and shipping, and service facilities. This challenge offers a better avenue to support air vehicles which have compressed air engines as a secondary motive force and a hybrid gasoline or electric as a primary motive force. So what the heck is a compressed air engine doing besides burning compressed oxygen, it also makes electricity with attachment of a power generator so this field of opportunity is so large now it needs endorsement of the highest nature, not just a political batters up issue. If we give to the American Consumers, we can be sure that they will continue to give back in the long haul and be very appreciative for the government endorsing free vehicle conversions on the behalf of American Consumers. No Tax On Food should be enough to prove that to get the food your paying tax at the gas pump and if that trend continues you will be paying tax for electric if you ever have use of a electric vehicle. Its not like we are trying to set electricity prices, no Opec electric barrels are being sold to the US requiring price fixation for consumers. But while I am discussing this farce, let's take it a stride, the US states allow each state to endorse electric pricing for consumers, while also can purchase electric from consumers under a special plan. Yet the farce is that a business to recharge electric autos can also produce their own electric and sell it to consumers wishing to get further down the road so here's the issue, no US state regulates a national franchise which sells electric to consumers and there is no legislation in Congress which would set the amount lower than a state regulated amount so they could simply follow suite with their objective and charge for electric as each state endorses it to be regulated for home owners and this is why it is a farce. If then we were to mandate a fair opportunity we would not allow a foreign nation to prejudge our nations electric rates and found their own money making scheme with our tax dollars, but the objective seems plain and straight forward, it is in competition with gasoline and diesel services and perhaps better than having loses of environmental issues over CO2 because of pollution from those other fueled vehicle types so why complain that a foreign nation sees a prosperity to their advantage. I make a life of wanting to know why it is that we have banking and finance and we do not have education teaching our people about electric autos so they can get a job not from a Corporate but from a independent which can convert a gasoline auto to a electric and not charge a penny for doing that as they are compounding the metal that is not of use to a consumer and earning from that scrap yard plenty money, yet for the consumer to have a chance to steal from others using eBay as a route to resale batteries or parts for their old converted auto which they no longer possess because the title officially changed to a electric, this is the legislation we now need to endorse, then a database will always be shown as the place to look for whom has such a vehicle converted and if they scrap it or resell it down the road its history is as sound as the roads and highways they are operating on so no one can get away with lying to consumers on eBay using a Skype phone or the Skype Community to boost their incomes. Not many people can afford a run of the mill luxury automobile imported from Japan, but Paul McCartney is just not the average anyone in a crowd that can't afford what we all would like to afford but we don't want to follow in a trend like The Beetles had taken control of America once with trendy music. If we want to be efficient in economic means we must not spend our tax dollars on foreign imports and we must start our own electric vehicle government organized regional groups. This would more than likely require some serious thought as some of their customers may need assistance and their services are not available so this would have to address the type AAA agreements which would serve them as to their need through this departments authorities as yet they have no alternatives. A Dept. of Electric Vehicles (D.O.E.V.) within the Executive Offices would be entirely necessary to bring about a vast overhaul of America towards energy efficiency. It must be done with existing state laws and the drawing up of new state laws, it cannot be successful using Americans credit calculators which have failed so many Americans already and placed homes in jeopardy over mortages. How can we as citizens of a great nation not recognize when we are driving the people into the direction of inefficiency. Electricity has been here, electricity has changed lives, electricity has moved this nation and we still have electricity to move it further. I would challenge every state to come up with a feasible Department and staff which could change the direction America is headed, but some states just don't get it, they are relaxed in earning a steady profit and anything that would change their profit margin would be disasterous. Look towards Louisiana whoms recent turn towards liquid hydrogen fuel is becoming another revenue for them, this we cannot allow to happen for electric is the only way out of the oil price fixing we are headed, laws to govern the price is not changing anything. Popping in a Economic Stimulus Check each year for all Americans is not a good practice to start, Complying to Economic Stimulus Checks or Text Format.
Who ever heard of water without a bottle, water without sewage, water without bathtubs, water without fountains and this is just water not electric mobility that can meet todays standards and needs for every person in America. We would be lucky that we could manage to steer 30% of the total population now using gasoline and diesel to convert over to electric. As the table above illustrates theres much more to this perplexing problem than just drawing water out of a well to serve, it must have support and the people are whom it must serve.
Back in October 2005 U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman (D-CT) proposal was geared towards Hybrid vehicles capable of burning gasoline or alternative fueled vehicles to kick start the infrastructure. Many in the U.S. Senate now in 2008 have turned towards laws which go against industries responsible for global warming. Global warming is a theory, it is a sound theory but it is not a likely theory.
